We offer 2 different payment options for our in-school programs in EGCSD. Choose from 4 monthly payments of $68, or receive a $20 discount for paying in full for the 13-week session ($252).
CUSTOMER PORTAL. For your convenience, you can access your account information on-line anytime. View your statements, pay off your balance, update your contact/billing info...all on-line! Go to dramakids.com/albany-ny and click on the tab Parent Portal. Set up a password using your email address, and you're good to go! TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE, with the exception of our conditional money-back guarantee, available to new students only. Tuition is due as required by the payment plan you select. There will be a $15.00 late fee applied to late payments. There is a $30.00 return check charge for any checks returned by the bank. The cost of our program is based on 12-week session running for a total of 22 hours. This average fee proactively takes in account major holidays and added hours for dress rehearsals and spring performances. You will receive a calendar of classes shortly before the 1st day of class. **Monthly plans are paid by automatic credit card payment only.** The 1st month payment will be charged to your credit card upon registration, and then on the 15th of each subsequent month for a total of 4 months per session. Monthly payments reflect our session tuition divided into equal monthly payments, regardless of how many times the class meets within that month. For those enrolling early for the Spring Session, payment is not due until the first day of the Session (Jan or Feb). Sign up early for the Spring Session and we will waive the $20 registration fee! Enroll via the Parent Portal ADDITIONAL FEES: A $20 non-refundable registration fees is charged upon enrollment. Additional Performance Fees are NOT charged for our in-school programs. (If you enroll during our early enrollment period, we will waive the $20 registration fee, so ACT NOW!) SIBLING DISCOUNT: If you are enrolling additional children, a 10% discount will be offered for the second and third children. All additional fees are charged per family, not per student. We will not issue credits or refunds due to missed classes. You may call our office to make a reservation for a make-up class at another location during the same week (or during one of our school break camps). No refunds will be given if a student drops prior to the end of a session. NEW-STUDENT GUARANTEE: If after the first two classes, your child finds it is not a good fit for them, then they are under no obligation to continue in the program. If pre-paying, your tuition is refunded to you, minus the cost of the first two classes ($34). We must receive written notification that your child will not be continuing at least a week prior to the end of the trial, otherwise this offer is null and void. October 4 - 1st day of class!
October 11 - NO CLASS (casting) October 25 - Halloween class December 20 - NO CLASS (holiday break) December 27 - NO CLASS (holiday break) January 17 - MAKE-UP DAY* January 31 - TAKE 2 FALL PERFORMANCES (held at Christ's Church during regular class times) February 7 - MAKE-UP DAY* (February 1 - For families on the Semi-Annual payment plan 2nd payment is charged) February 14 - Start of Spring Session February 21 - NO CLASS (Mid-Winter Recess & casting) April 11 - MAKE-UP DAY* April 18 - NO CLASS (Spring Recess) May 30 - Class IS held on Memorial Day (Final Dress rehearsal!) SPRING PERFORMANCE WEEKEND: June 3-5, 2022 Exact Spring Performance Day & Time TBA. Please notify us ASAHP if your child has any major conflicts this weekend (i.e. graduation, recital, prom, wedding, etc.). We will do everything in our power to accommodate your conflict, however, requests are taken on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE basis. *MAKE-UP DAYS: Are reserved in case of cancelled classes due to weather, staffing, or other unforeseen conflicts. Class will NOT be held on those days, unless announced otherwise.
